Privacy

What I collect and why. Last updated October 2026.

What I collect

When you use the contact form I collect your name, email and message. When you vote in the Vault, your votes and a random anonymous visitor ID are saved in your browser, and a summary of your votes is emailed to me. If you join the list, I collect your email address.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, and e-book purchases by Gumroad. They collect your payment details and your name and email. I never see your full card number. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.

What I do not do

This site has no ad trackers and no analytics cookies. I do not sell your information. I only use your email to reply to you, deliver your work, and, if you joined the list, send updates, which you can opt out of at any time.

Third parties

The contact form and Vault votes are delivered through Web3Forms. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts. These services may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, to run.
