How refunds, cancellations and rescheduling work. Last updated October 2026.

Mixing and custom beat deposits

If you cancel before I have started work, your $75 deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable, because the time is already spent. Revisions are the way to fix anything you are not happy with.

Balance payments

The balance is due before final files are delivered. Once final files are delivered, the work is considered complete.

Coaching

You can reschedule a booked session for free with at least 24 hours notice. A session missed without notice is forfeited. If you have not used any hours, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying. A 3-hour block expires 90 days after purchase, and unused time after that is not refundable.

E-book

The e-book is a digital download sold through Gumroad. If there is a problem with your download or the file, email me and I will make it right. Other refund requests are handled case by case through Gumroad.

How to ask

Email geminidoesthis21@gmail.com from the address you paid with, and include the service and the date. I reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several days to show it.
