Last updated October 2026. These terms cover work with Gemini, a Gemix Productions LLC company ("I" or "me").

Services

I offer mixing, custom beats, 1:1 coaching on Zoom, and an e-book. Delivery times on the site are estimates, not guarantees. I will tell you if a date is at risk.

Deposits and payment

Mixing and custom beat work starts after your $75 deposit. The deposit counts toward your total. The balance is due before final files are delivered. I may send a preview or rough mix for approval first, and final files are released once the balance is paid. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Revisions

Mixing includes 3 revisions, and each extra revision is $25. Custom beats include 2 revisions up to $500. On orders over $500, I will keep revising until it is right. A revision means changes to the existing work, not a new direction or a new song.

Custom beats and rights

Every beat is built for one artist. I do not lease beats. The buyer of a custom beat holds exclusive rights to the beat made for them, and I will not resell it. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I am credited on all work I perform.

What you send me

You confirm you have the right to use the material you send me, such as vocals, stems and samples. You keep ownership of your music. I am not responsible for claims about material you did not have the right to use.

Coaching

Coaching sessions are held on Zoom. A 3-hour block is $250 and must be used within 90 days of purchase. Coaching shares experience and skills. I do not promise any particular result, such as streams, sales or income.

E-book

The e-book is a digital product sold through Gumroad, for your personal use. Please do not copy or resell it.

Limits

I do my best work, but I cannot guarantee results. To the extent the law allows, my liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the service involved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
